Pisa was always on my bucket list so we made it happened and added it too our itinerary. We left Florence by a short train ride and arrived in Pisa early in the morning. We arrived at our Hotel which was located right outside the Historical walls of Pisa and the Historical sights were all there within a few steps away. Even though we only stayed in Pisa for one night we could have easily stayed there for 2 nights. Unfortunately I did not think there was anything else to see in Pisa but the main sight of the Tower and the Campo dei Miracoli (Field of Miracles), the rest of the architectural and artistic marvels of this beautiful City are amazing. It took a full day to see the main sights, enjoy a great Pizza for lunch and then had reservations to climb up the tower's 300 steps later in the afternoon. The Climb up those stairs were definitely worth the agonizing pain and were rewarded with a spectacular view of Pisa. Yes I would totally come back to Pisa for another fun, filled trip.
